Fun Finds Friday: Upcycled & Repurposed Lighting

I've had lighting on the mind this week, so that is what I'm bringing to you in today's fun finds.  I found so many fabulous, creative lamps that I'm narrowing it down specifically to the upcycled/repurposed genre.  From industrial to kids, here is a collection for you to enjoy.

Beware!  After looking at these, you may see everything in your home (or the thrift store) as a future lamp!  If you're not the DIY type, or a little sheepish when it comes to wiring, don't worry.  These and many more are available on Etsy to purchase.

Fabric Facelifts for Cottage Decorating

I love fabric.  Ok, there.  I said it!  There is just something about pretty prints in fresh colors that just makes me feel happy and inspired.

This great tutorial from Better Homes and Gardens gives you a variety of ideas you can accomplish with even small amounts of fabric, and I just had to share it with you.

Fun Finds Friday: Wall Clocks

Welcome to my first edition of Fun Finds Friday, where I'll share a small collection of fabulous items with a theme for the day.  Because of my love of handmade and vintage, I'll usually be choosing items from Etsy, ArtFire, or other similar sites.

Today let's look at wall clocks.  Fun wall clocks, that is!  Here are some that really caught my eye.  Even if your cottage style has a twist of rustic, modern, or whimsy, there should be something to fit your taste and that has the element of surprise.
